Shark Biteee Challenge Rules & Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

   • The Shark Biteee Challenge is open to individuals of all ages.
   • Participants must have a valid social media account on the platform they use to submit their entries.

2. Entry Period:

   • The challenge begins on [10/12/23] and ends on [11/12/23].
   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Entry Requirements:

   • Participants  must register through site and receive an official email.
   • Participants must record a video of themselves taking a bite into a burger.
   • Email your video to sharkbitevideo@gmail.com,(Please put in the subject line of the email #sharkbitechallenge)
   • The burger can be homemade or from a restaurant of their choice.
   • Videos should be clear and well-lit, showcasing the bite into the burger.
   • Entries must be tagged with #SharkBiteeeChallenge to be considered.

4. Multiple Entries:

   • Participants may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be unique.

5. Content Guidelines:

   • Entries must be tasteful, respectful, and free of offensive or harmful content.
   • Do not engage in any actions that could harm yourself or others while participating.

6. Prizes:

   • The grand prize consists of a PlayStation 5.
   • Runner-up prizes include Ipad and gift cards.

7. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on the creativity and enthusiasm displayed in their entry.
   • The decision of the judges is final and binding.

8. Notification:

   • The winner will be notified through direct message from sms or email. The winner will also get a call from Big Groove
   • If the winner does not respond within [5 ] days, an alternative winner may be selected.

9. Publicity:

   • By participating, entrants agree to allow us to use their video entries for promotional purposes.

10. Liability:

    • Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the challenge.
    • We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.

11. Compliance:

    • All participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platform they use for entry.

12. Platform Disclaimer:

    • This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any burger restaurant or social media platform.

13. Legal Compliance:

    • All participants are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations when creating and sharing their entries.

14. Rights:

    • We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the challenge's rules and guidelines.
